About me

I became interested in alternative medicine more than 7 years ago. Like many people, I was looking for natural methods without side effects for my own challenges. A new world opened up to me, and I was increasingly drawn to it. I became interested in herbs, Ayurveda and yoga. I took courses as a yoga teacher and became more and more interested in the holistic approach, the triad of body, mind and spirit. I believe that each person is on their own individual path, while having totally unique experiences - exactly what we need - and that all of this leads us towards a better understanding of ourselves.

In 2022, a dear friend surprised me with a gift voucher for my birthday, which gave me a truly immersive experience. That was the first time I had ever come across AromaTouch Technique. The combination of the doTERRA essential oils and the physical touch led me to complete relaxation and touched me in a way that made me feel I had to learn this method. After the treatment, I felt changed, recharged and energised all day long, and my surroundings gave me feedback. The oils have since become part of my daily life and I can't imagine my days without them.

After my experience, it became my desire to provide the same sensation to my clients, and help them to move closer to mind-body balance, body renewal and refreshment.

In 2017, I moved from Hungary to Switzerland, where the environment offers me a great opportunity to connect regularly with the most natural medicine - nature.
